حكم من جاءتها الدورة قبل غروب الشمس في رمضان

She also has another question. She says: I was fasting one of the days of Ramaḍān, and only five minutes remained before the time to break the fast when my monthly period came. Must I make up the maghrib prayer after I become pure, or not?
Answer
As long as her period came before sunset, she owes neither the maghrib prayer nor any other. Her fast is not valid on the day on which menstruation came before the sun set; the fast is invalidated, and she must make it up. This applies if she knows that it came before sunset, even if only by five minutes. Yes.

أيضاً لديها سؤال آخر، تقول: لقد صمت يوماً من أيام رمضان ولم يبق من ذلك اليوم إلا خمس دقائق عن موعد الإفطار وجاءتني الدورة الشهرية، فهل يجب علي أن أصلي صلاة المغرب قضاء بعد أن أطهر أم لا؟

مادامت الدورة جاءتها قبل غروب الشمس فليس عليها صلاة المغرب ولا غيرها، والصوم لا يصح ذاك اليوم الذي جاء فيه الحيض قبل أن تغيب الشمس فإن الصوم يبطل وعليها قضاؤه، هذا إذا كانت تعلم أنها جاءتها قبل غروب الشمس ولو بخمس دقائق. نعم.
